How do I request a product?

Visit our Request a Product page, paste the product link (from Amazon, AliExpress, etc.), and submit your details. We'll source it and deliver to Jamaica.

How long does sourcing take?

Most products are sourced within 1–3 business days. Delivery to Jamaica typically takes 7–21 days depending on the supplier and shipping method.

Can I request any product?

Yes! If it's available online, we can source it. Electronics, clothing, beauty, health devices, household items — just send us the link.

How much does shipping cost?

Do I pay import duties?

Yes. Jamaica Customs charges import duty (15–40% depending on product type) plus GCT (15%). These are included in your final quote.

Do you ship to USA and UK?

Yes! We ship to Jamaica, USA, and UK. Shipping rates and timelines vary by destination.
